The apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of the Dominican Gate called "Needle's Ear", 80 meters from the Old Town Market Square, along the line of historical city walls. The apartments offer a magnificent view of the panorama of Sandomierz (St. James Hill and the Vistula River bend, as well as Zamkowa Street).

Access to the Needle's Ear Apartments from the Sarmata Hotel takes about 2 minutes (1000 meters) by car, and about 4 minutes (600 meters) on foot, along the picturesque Opatowska Street and the Old Town Market Square. The apartments have their own fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, drip coffee maker, a full set of dishes, plates, and cutlery, as well as a kitchenette with a dining area and sofa, a bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower, and two bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, TV receiver, and internet access. Three apartments also have balconies.
